Gold Mountain

Gold Mountain Limited was originally listed on the Australian Stock Exchange as Commissioner's Gold Ltd (ASX. CGU)  in 2011. In December 2014, the company changed its name to Gold Mountain Limited (ASX: GMN).

In March 2023, the current Board of Directors took over the listed entity and gave the company a new strategic focus, a new management team, and facilitated a large capital injection.

Gold Mountain Ltd is an Australian, publicly listed company exploring for world-class lithium and REE deposits in the highly prospective Lithium Valley and North Eastern Brazil & porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposits in the highly prospective Papuan Mobile Belt (PMB), PNG.

Gold Mountain has a diverse portfolio of  projects in Brazil and Papua New Guinea.  These assets, which are highly prospective for a range of metals including rare earth elements, niobium, lithium, nickel, copper and gold, are now actively being explored.
