As an active mineral explorer with lithium projects based in Brazil and copper gold projects Papua New Guinea, Gold Mountain Ltd is in an exciting growth stage, with active exploration for highly prospective assets including lithium, rare earths, nickel, copper and gold.

GMN was an early mover in Brazil, which gave us the advantage to acquire a diverse 250,000 hectares of highly prospective licenses, including a 75% holding of lithium licenses located within the eastern Brazilian lithium belt, spread over parts of the Borborema Province and São Francisco craton in north-eastern Brazil.

We have gradually diversified our project portfolio to encompass energy metals, including the acquisition of a 75% interest in 6 highly prospective lithium projects located in Eastern Brazil. These 6 projects are located in the most prospective lithium belts of Brazil: Lithium Valley, Seridó Pegmatite Field and the new emerging lithium pegmatite region of Juremal. GMN also recently applied for 100% owned exploration licences in 3 project areas in the Lithium Valley. Our highly-experienced team of Brazilian and Australian senior geologists, has already identified multiple anomalies and targets, using advanced geochemistry sampling techniques and geological models for seeking high grade LCT pegmatite orebodies and lower grade lithium brine deposits.

In PNG, we are exploring three targets in the Papuan Mobile belt (Wabag Project), which covers approximately 950km2 of highly prospective exploration ground with significant potential to host a porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum system and, or a copper-gold skarn system. Our current focus is Mt Wipi, where there is high potential to host a significant copper-gold deposit, with Monoyal and Sak Creek as secondary targets.

In addition to these exciting prospects, we have also applied for a 491 km2 exploration licence at Green River where high-grade Cu-Au and Pb-Zn float, porphyry-style mineralisation, and intrusive float (considered to be equivalent to the hosts of the majority of Cu and Au deposits in mainland PNG) have been identified.
